May 26: Chinatown, with the amazing and determined Pat Jasper, one of the very finest "Broke Girls" that I have had the privilege to know. First in a string of generations to get herself out of welfare and into homeownership, she is a fine, hard-working and devoted woman. An asset builder in her own right whom I first met in 1999.
