Sharon Durling, a.k.a. Broke Girl, knows a thing or two about money: had $10 in her own bank account at three weeks of age and later sold *billions* of dollars in financial derivatives to banks from London to LA. She has worked as waiter, housepainter and graveyard-shift factory inspector (of those tubes that squirt out the windshield washer fluid).
She is a raconteur, troubleshooter, ideator and author with MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a BA in science/math education and piano. She has studied at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.
Broke Girl is a finance columnist, speaker on financial freedom, and television (CNBC, WGN, ABC) and radio personality and author of "A Girl and Her Money: How to Have a Great Relationship Without Falling in Love," Thomas Nelson.
